The estate is proposed as follows:
To develop a group of agricultural holdings covering an area of approximately 200Ha into a safe and secure walled estate comprising original farmhouses and farmland, in harmony with new homes, and in combination with conservation land, dams, walking trails and the unspoiled natural beauty of the valley.

The focus of the estate will be “space and tranquility.”

50% of the area to be developed will be set aside as open and unspoilt conservation land.

50% of the estate will be developed to a low density of homes, designed to a common rural theme in the spirit of the estate.
